Digital Image Processing third edition

In particular, the review material on probability, matrices, vectors, and linear systems, was prepared using the same notation as in the book, and is focused on areas that are directly relevant to discussions in the text. Another major feature is the set of solutions to problems marked with a star in the book. These solutions are quite detailed, and were prepared with the idea of using them as teaching support. Teaching and learning design and Technology
David Barlex directs the Nuffield Design and Technology Project. He taught science and design and technology in comprehensive schools for 14 years. He lectured in education at Goldsmiths College, University of London, for five years. He has written widely for both science and design and technology education. He is currently a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Education, Brunei University. His special interests are curriculum development and the professional development of teachers. Clare Benson has worked in primary schools both in this country and overseas and in the advisory services of a local education authority, prior to her appointment at the University of Central England where she is Director of the School of Mathematics, Science and Technology and of the Centre for Research in Primary Technology (CRIPT). She has spoken at national and international conferences, and written numerous papers, articles and books relating to design and technology.
