Совершенствование конструкции, технического обслуживания, ремонта вагонов и погрузочно- разгрузочных средств

Анализ распределения отказов вагона из-за неисправности буксового узла и отказов подшипника после деповского ремонта вагонов (рис. 1) позволил сделать вывод о том, что наибольшее количество отказов происходит в течение первых двух месяцев после планового ремонта вагона или после заливки баббитового слоя подшипника. Отказы буксового узла в результате приработки составляютоколо 17% общего количества отказов. Эти данные свидетельствуют о низком качестве ремонта буксовых узлов.
