ПРОБЛЕМЫ СПОРТА ВЫСШИХ ДОСТИЖЕНИЙ И ПОДГОТОВКИ ВЫСОКОКВАЛИФИЦИРОВАННЫХ СПОРТСМЕНОВ

Выдающимся достижением физической культуры и спорта в годы независимости Узбекистана явилось созда­ ние Олимпийского движения в нашей стране и его инте­ грация в Международное Олимпийское движение. Осо­ бенностью Олимпийского движения является органи­ ческое соединение спорта с духовными, нравственными и материальными достижениями человечества. Это особо подчеркивает Президент нашей страны И.А.Каримов: "Без своей воспитательной роли, без той неповторимой ауры, которая создавалась праздничными ритуалами и церемо­ ниями, искусством, без той особой атмосферы, в которую внесли свой вклад выдающиеся артисты, ученые, филосо­ фы и поэты, без той, наконец, прекрасной символики, ко­ торая позволяет взглянуть на спорт, как на неотъемлемую часть общечеловеческой культуры - без всего этого Олимпинского движения не было бы как такового, как впрочем, и самих Олимпийских игр". Идей но-теоретичес кой осно­ вой Олимпийского движения является гуманистические принципы Олимпизма, представляющие собой систему взглядов и воззрений, направленных па сочетание физ­ культурно-спортивной деятельности с передовыми дости­ жениями цивилизации в сферах культуры и искусства, науки и техники, моральных и духовных ценностей. Специфичен путь вхождения каждой страны в меж­ дународное Олимпийское движение. Своеобразие исто­ рии участия атлетов Узбекистана в Олимпийских играх определяется особенностями исторического развития на­ шей страны. В зависимости от этапов развития Узбекиста­ на менялся характер и масштабность участия наших спортсменов в Олимпиадах. Исходя из этого, мы можем выделить два этапа в истории развития Олимпийского движения Узбекистана.

This thesis is the result of my work as a research assistant in the environment of the research group of Prof. Dr. Rudi Studer, which is formed by the knowledge management department at FZI (Forschungszentrum Informatik) and the institute AIFB (Angewandte Informatik und Formale Beschreibungsverfahren) at the university of Karlsruhe. While this group with all its members provided me with a fruitful environment for my research work as a whole, various people gave me particular support on my way to the successful completion of this thesis.
