    Today, all of us are taking part in the most important political event in the life of our Motherland.President of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the first time delivers Address to the parliament of the country-the Oliy Majlis. It is known that in many developed countries of the world there is practice whereby the head of state addresses the national parliament on the most important and current issues of political, socio-economic and democratic development.
