This work explores the theoretical and practical aspects of Human Resource Management (HRM). Effective management of human resources is a key factor in the success of any organization. The study focuses on core HRM functions such as recruitment and selection, employee development, motivation, performance evaluation, and workplace environment management. Modern HRM approaches are also analyzed, including digitalization, remote work management, and the use of artificial intelligence in enhancing employee potential. The research includes an analysis of international practices and offers practical recommendations for improving HRM systems in organizations, particularly within the context of Uzbekistan.
