Several colleagues, among them our associate editors, joined us in an intensive seminar to review texts, suggest new readings, and discuss methodology in the teaching of the course material. We then set to work and collected our texts in Human Values in Western Culture: I (1987), Human Values in Western Culture: II (1988), and Human Values in Western Culture: I Revised (1988).

The effectiveness of anti-crisis programs and priorities of post-crisis development
